Spirituality for Living

Here is a way to trigger/test your intuition. Consider your body. Just feel it, don’t think. Just be in your body. What is the first thing you know? No thinking. Just feel it and what do you know about your body?

Barbie is inert plastic made to a silly image. Scary fiction. There is no life. Just ideas of life. And virtual world avatars can be like that. There is a difference in the virtual worlds like Second Life. Things can change at will. When you get a product like a Barbie doll, it’s a fixed idea. Nothing in Second Life needs to be fixed and you aren’t dependant on producers. If you want something, you can create it.

My awareness of my physical form is weaker. My neural issues make physical feedback weaker. Sort of an abstract sensation rather than anything immediate. My muscles are shot through with inert cellulite cells so the muscles don’t provide me with adequate feedback. My face seems dull. So I might smile at you and it may seem short. Sometimes people react like I am being snide, but I really meant the smile. It is just a physical exertion for me, requires conscious effort. They mistake my issue for apathy and a character defect.

All of the ideas of body are meaningless. Often lies. So the first knowing about body is a knowing of the primacy of being. Our being matters.

Your Insight on “Body Image”

   I had been delt 10 of the most tramadic events that a person could possibly go through, all at one time. Loosing it was not a part of the equation , at the time, so to “survive” this avalanche, I created a world inside my head. With-in 5 years, every single detail of that imaginary place, came to be. With crazy extras that still to this day make me grin a big ole wicked grin to whatever it is that is out there listining to every single thought we send out. I believe, no doubt, i do.
