Spirituality for Living

We call some energies positive and others negative. What I would caution any healer is to not assume an energy is to be removed or rejected. There are those who without choice and just by nature are negative. This doesn’t mean they are destructive. They can be a fire wall fighting fire with fire. It is just how they are. I feed on negativity, but when I am done they are not left trapped.

Is it harder to heal someone with different energy then you? Actually no. The awareness is the same despite energy alignment, though it can create tension in the one seeking healing as they sense the differing energy. Not knowing negativity and not being a creature of negativity, you are often at a disadvantage when dealing with it. Positive people tend to be able to feed positivity. Negative people can exhaust negativity. Positive people tend to feed negativity and make dealing with it harder for themselves and even the one they fed.

They are our dynamics. At the very least if taken in awareness, it is a way to retain your own integrity. For me my integrity is found in losing it. For another, their integrity is found in keeping it. So another might not be receptive, but it’s still good for them.

So is it not letting someone pull you into their state? Well more, like aikido. You don’t reject their state. You use the force of their state to pull them out of it no matter your alignment. The energy seeks balance.
