Working with Chakras: Part II

If you're new here, seek and you will find...and subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

The ‘Working with Chakras’ series of posts is an interview of a conversation on the chakras. What they are, and how you can work with them. We hope you find it of value in furthering your understanding of energy and personal growth. Working with Chakras: Part I starts with an overview, Part II begins to use the ‘assemblage point’ in working with your lower chakras, Part III moves to the heart and also explores the concept of a dominant chakra, and Part IV explores a blocked chakra and how to work with that, finishing at the upper chakras.

Dragon Intuitive (DI): What are the characteristics of the chakras?
Travis: Well, I feel moved to talk more on the assemblage point. Your mind creates a chakra using the main ones. It is in this way that you process the world. It is your filter. What is not commonly known is it is [...] Continue to Seek…

Working with Chakras: Part I

The ‘Working with Chakras’ series of posts is an interview of a conversation on the chakras. What they are, and how you can work with them. We hope you find it of value in furthering your understanding of energy and personal growth. Working with Chakras: Part I starts with an overview, Part II begins to use the ‘assemblage point’ in working with your lower chakras, Part III moves to the heart and also explores the concept of a dominant chakra, and Part IV explores a blocked chakra and how to work with that, finishing at the upper chakras.

Dragon Intuitive (DI): I got interested in chakras a number of years ago and did some reading, but was interested in how you see them.
Travis: Well you have likely heard even scientists say that the difference between ‘in your mind’ and ‘in the world’ basically doesn’t exist.  Yes?

DI: Meaning I simply perceive what [...] Continue to Seek…

Activating Kundalini

Can you give us a step by step methodology to activate our chakras/kundalini?

First be still, in being still you head the body. Still all choice, still all will, still feeling, still speech. Look not here or there.  Be still and know. The crown chakra is the seat of knowing. It’s the first link.
Then choose from stillness.  Know it. From stillness know right or left, good or bad. Let them join.
Then be moved. Know that neither day or night are complete and you move from day to night, night to day. Any extreme is you, and in seeing both extremes you are free of extremism. But you don’t know it until you are moved to act.
Then feel. Love. Know this wisdom in the world that is also in your body, in your central being.
Then see, for at that point you will see. The life in you will have moved out [...] Continue to Seek…

Feeling Energy with Chakras

If one wants to feel more energy, and more focus, how can one do it via the chakra system? This varies from individual to individual, but start where you started to find more energy. More focus comes from broadening awareness, so start in your root. How so? Well, I will elaborate.

Some ridicule or mock thinks like ritual practices and taken out of context I guess they make no sense, but they had a purpose. The chakras are impacted by experience, they all are. They have a perfect memory of everything that happened to you. Some say they can’t remember stuff, but that isn’t really true. They are trying to remember with the meat in their head something they experienced at a different level. This can’t work so they just say they forget. In the case of the Tantric practices they engage in ritualized intercourse and thereby encode the sacred symbolism [...] Continue to Seek…

Primal Emotion and Heart Chakras

The minds (or chakras) do correspond to stages of both biological and psychic development. The root chakra is the first center to be visible in a growing body. It is the tail. From our roots we have the simple animal drives and rapidly on its heals develops the enteric nervous system also knows as the stomach brain. Still animal drive, but it distinguishes good from bad.  Perhaps the reason for our fall from Eden .

Can you actually feel physical sensations for activity in various chakras? Yes. When aroused or frightened the perineum tenses, and it tends to mesh intimately with the stomach brain. What’s the perineum? It’s the nerve center that governs sexual organ function right at the very base of the torso between the structures there. It is actually a very active center, and is part of why men have such compulsive thoughts of sex.  As do women, [...] Continue to Seek…

Mind to Mind

Life is like an onion. All you know of life comes to you in layers. Your interface for life is your personal energy, which is not confined to the boundaries of your flesh. We don’t experience life directly and even science admits this. So you filter life with your energy at the same time as you take life energy in. This filtering causes the aura to have phases which represent a diffraction of life energy. Like white light being split by a prism, but in this case the prism is your mind. You don’t have one mind or some phantom that lives in your head. You have many minds, and thus there isn’t a mind body connection. There is a mind to other mind connection. Sometimes they communicate partially, sometimes only very poorly, but each mind (or chakra as they are also called) has its own language. It is [...] Continue to Seek…

The God Bomb

Would humans behave better if they knew God was not there to intervene? No, humans would make a god when they believe there is none. Used to be king makers, now we make gods.  Scientism prevents its own ideal of no hierarchy or equality among the masses. Many scientism supporters have spoken of founding a scientific elite. Before elites, maybe we should try to better educate our young.

Isn’t it the nuclear bomb that we worship? Like Shiva? In fact like the Christian church who spends so much time speaking the name of Satan and dwelling on evil, they don’t need a real Satanist. There is too much competition. It’s the nuclear bomb that is the modern god.

That’s why the Americans don’t want the Arabs to have one. The Arabs are godless, literally in that sense. They have no bomb. We make idols now, and our idols explode and poison [...] Continue to Seek…

Impact of Scientism

Is the sole purposes of most religions to explain the universe and crowd control? Hmm, yes, except for explaining the universe. Religion sets up a paradigm that supports the temporal authority of that institution whatever body politic.

Religion as a primitive physics? Physics isn’t primitive? Why to date is cold fusion supposedly untenable? Why do we implement scientific solutions then discover “hey, that caused another problem”?  Climate science for example, it’s bad weather but we can fix it and thus ignore the fact that any action will have a reaction. That reality is a passive object to be engineered, but as has been often proved life isn’t exactly dichotomous.

Science is designed to change with new information and hypothesis? I debate that. Science has devolved into recursive thought due to a fixed governing paradigm. Paradigm changers in science are rare, the precepts of scientism preclude paradigm shift.

Here is a story where public [...] Continue to Seek…

What is Scientism?

Scientism: The precept that science is the foundation of all knowledge and that all truth can be arrived at by empirical method. Does this seem presumptuous, even crazy? The scientific method is a relatively new fangled thing. To think it can have all the answers seems crazy? Well lets embrace a more critical mindset as they would favour.

All truth is objective according to them. So the motivation to perform an observation has no relevance. Necessity has a mixed motive if it has any objective motive at all, and thus there is no grounds for invention because in fact our biology is sufficient for preservation of the species. We can reproduce like rabbits and let predators cull our population letting only the biologically strong survive… Hence using the scientific position to refute scientism itself.

Scientism is the religion referred to in the Foundation series and is based on Asimov’s work who [...] Continue to Seek…

You Have No Reason?

Your actions are based on your thought and feelings. I always thought it was strange to say “you have no reason …”. It is a very strange statement. You may have no reason from their point of view, but you don’t live from their point of view. Your reasons are you own and you live and think and act from inside you.

The action, then the thought about the action or vice versa? The thought about the action usually comes first. Though not well considered and subconsciously processed. Example: You pick up a spoon. You determined to pick up the spoon first. You needed a thought to motivate that, but then after you rationalize why you picked it up.

A meteor hits you. You didn’t hit yourself with the meteor, so didn’t have a pre-thought about it? Often you did, and here is where it gets hinky. What you sense is what [...] Continue to Seek…
