I don’t feel that people hurt because they are unenlightened. I feel they are unenlightened because they do not hurt.

Signs Of Self in Self

Self

Your self is visibly reflected in the world sort of like a glow. It makes all sensory experience in that moment of self awareness seem much more intense, more vivid, and more instinctive.

There are objects of self awareness, natural affinity. These fall into what some might call the cosmic or spiritual domain, and often do have physical counterparts.

When people say they see life as more vivid with color, they are closer to their sense of self? No. They are closer to self awareness. The sense of self is a psychological construct like clothing. Clothing does not make the self, but can reveal the self. Be that as it may, the self has an awareness of its own. I think Buddhists call it the one clear light, or something like that.

Is that the cosmic awareness? No. It’s beyond cosmic awareness. Cosmic awareness is best depicted by mandalas. The awareness of realities mesh. There is self on the map of the mandala, and self can move across the mandala.

Self awareness goes beyond cosmic awareness? Yes. It is the root of it. Self awareness, to use cabalistic symbolism, is the first spirit. The first sphere or plane of existence.

The cosmic plane is actually dual, and this is the first step on the spiritual road. The first signs of self awareness. The elaborations that reveal to you the degree that “I am That I Am.” So signs of self are always two, one dream, one nightmare. You see a sign of yourself when things seem deeply dark as well. Those two facets, the vivid and the darkened, are on the same level. This is just eating from the tree of knowledge, nothing any more complicated.

Is an epiphany related to self awareness? Yes, it is.

Your thoughts are welcome. Be well friends.
