The same realm that our minds operate on is a real that some things make their so called physical incarnations in. Even the biological energies associated with consciousness have a presence on this level of being. They form the general geography of the psychic realm.
It’s a broad world even at the psychic level. The key is self awareness and not dismissing the reality of the mind. The rest can be learned from experience.
