Today, we are talking about something called morphic resonance. Morphic, referring to form. Resonance, referring to waves or influence.

Which came first, the chicken or the egg?

Egg. A collection of goo? Indeed, the egg, and the process of complex things taking form from simple things has been going on for a long time.

Perhaps the egg’s memory of chickens came first? Ah, the eggs memory of chicken-ness was co-arising with the egg. Which is why the egg becomes a chicken. No memory of chicken-hood, no egg.

Like the oak in the acorn? Yes, again another egg. This one just floral rather than faunal.

Everything comes from eggs. In Egyptian lore the universe itself came from an egg. I believe the same was true in the Hindu view as well. But as it has been said, things which exist are not composed of things as they appear. Meaning the egg never looks like a chicken to start, or a frog or a fish or a sunflower, and well, the universe can be seen as a sort of big Easter egg hunt.

The universe is hunting for form? The universe is expressing form. Not taking forms that aren’t there, but drawing form out of an infinite sea of potential forms.

I think we are all familiar with the famous internet cheeseburger? Cats! Yes. Well, because you happen to have this cheezeburger, you also have the potential for decayed cheeseburger. Inevitably, if you don’t otherwise intervene, the cheezeburger will assume its decayed form.

Entropy? In a sense. In fact, the universe gravitates toward form. Form flows like water from the high energy potential form to the low energy final form. Form like mass bending space causes energy to move in to fill its impression. A field if you will.

Now the reason things don’t all just fall apart is simple. For one thing, the universe itself just isn’t that single faceted, and the other being the apparent barrier of entropy isn’t a barrier at all but a curvature. It may seem like the universe has the potential to hit a dead end or wall, but that wall is the same condition that everything starts from. There is no polarized end condition.

Cyclical? Yes.

I was thinking that the high energy potential goes to the low energy form (matter) which just decays further and is back at the high energy end. So there is a constant flow from one to another? Exactly.
