Awakening Spirit: Tuesday (Noon) = Covers the 22 spiritual laws that people may not know about, and how they pertain to every day life. Review and discuss a different lesson each week.
Spirits Choice Meditation: Wednesday (6pm) = Voice guided meditation and visualization for the awakening spirit.
