Enlightened self-interest is wisdom. Everything has a cost and you will have to pay in one way or another. If your damned if you do and damned if you don’t, I feel is better to do what you will and accept the consequences.
Meditation can be an invaluable guide in seeing and allowing informed choices about your life’s manifestation.
Will matters and your will is free.
There are no coincidences. The line of cause and affect may be very abstract but it is there.
The great prophets were described as madmen.
The Gnostics were right, to know yourself is to know the divine.
Absolutist thinking is a vicious falsehood, creates only confusion.
Energy follows two identifiable patterns, action and rest and we don’t get to choose to exclude one.
Mindlessness isn’t tantric, aimlessness isn’t tantric, but pain and pleasure, bliss and void, these are tantric.
Reality as it was defined is coming unglued. I am not afraid of that, exhilarated.

Counter culture becomes mainstream when the norm is toxic and society looses its center. Eventually not being recognizable in its original form.
There is a coherence beyond neural linkage. Something that persists beyond brain damage. That knows an ‘I’ without defining ‘I’. It is the bit which is left when chat stops in meditation. That is the true self.
In every practice you find a shadow. But purity is not reviling any part of life.
Normal comprehension is normative thought. It’s a virtual reality at best.
Shamanic trance is just a more primal method of the “scientific” method.
Scientology was based on many of the old teachings and its creator admits to this in his own writing. He just sought to refine it. Make it more intelligible and accessible.
How does saving people work? And if you can save people from themselves isn’t that tyranny?.
So now what? Is only ever now and now is perfectly what it is.
Smiles start diplomacy. Conflict resolution without blood shed. Gallons and gallons of too much blood shed and it wasn’t from passion. Was actually very cold. Indoctrinated passion…unnatural.
Warriors and soldiers are passionate? But that is merely focus. They are controlled and they are driven. They believe, but this is not passion. Passion sort of excludes belief.
To dismiss something because it seems obvious has been the source of many grievous errors even in the most concrete disciplines.
