Faith
Do I have a higher power I want other people to adopt? No. A creed I feel other people should hold above all else? No. You are where you are. You believe what you believe. Faith is a holistic sense. It’s letting your experience all go together, letting your mind elaborate according to its natural behaviour and not censoring that. Accepting there is a wisdom behind these mysteries. Trust is seeing, and admitting you see. Faith is knowing.
“Faith means belief in something concerning which doubt is theoretically possible” William James (American Philosopher and Psychologist, leader of the philosophical movement of Pragmatism, 1842-1910)
“Faith is a knowledge within the heart, beyond the reach of proof.” Kahlil Gibran (Lebanese born American philosophical Essayist, Novelist and Poet. 1883-1931)
