Miracles

What distinguishes miracles from psychic abilities, or magickal practices, is the dependency of miracles on divine agency or order. Saints, tzadek, prophets, gurus, buddhas, avatars are some people thought to be more involved in miracles and miracle working. Some form of miracle making person has been involved in almost every culture, if not every one.

In my experience, there are patterns in the world that have their origin in events that occurred before the rise of the human domain. Somehow talk to all the shades and meanings of the universe, seen and unseen. Other life forms set up a rhythm that we were born into, and these still affect us. In my experience, miracles aren’t favoritism. They aren’t personal favors at all. I have seen nothing to make me believe that anyone is especially favoured. This wisdom is available to everyone who listens.

“Miracles are a retelling in small letters of the very same story which is written across the whole world in letters too large for some of us to see.” C.S. Lewis (British Scholar and Novelist. 1898-1963)

“I think miracles exist in part as gifts and in part as clues that there is something beyond the flat world we see.” Peggy Noonan (American Journalist, Author and Political analyst, b.1950)
