Spirituality for Living

Spirituality is not bereft of the physical. To set them apart is to err and never truely know either. If there is no spiritual essence to this physical existence then why does it exist at all? The tendency of species to fail to thrive, but how did they even arise?

Physical Spirituality

Some think that spirituality and materialism are exclusive of each other, but if you embrace that you are spiritual then where does your existence arise from? Does Matter Matter?

What matters is what you did and what you learned, not what you had. Now what you have can influence what you are able to do, so that seems a good guideline for getting. So matter matters to the degree it is energy. If you go rescue a friend or loved one from being stranded somewhere with your car, the car mattered just not directly.
