I’m going to describe a scene. Tell me if any of you have dreamed of this. It’s like the real world, your house or whatever, but dark. Almost like night, but you can see everything. Sort of like objects glow, and you feel a presence. Maybe not in your immediate space, but it seems to fit this dark. It might even seem invisible, because it fits so well. It’s aware of you, or maybe isn’t, but doesn’t feel “right” like it’s following rules you don’t. It’s sort of scary, because you don’t know what to expect. Has anyone dreamed this?
You may also have experienced it in a hospital, like in the hall near the recovery rooms. It seems sort of normal, if cold and sterile. Then it gets a weird electric feel to it, and the light doesn’t seem as bright. But if anything, everything you look at is glaring more. This is hyper awareness and is the effect of a presence or a death. Psychic vampires tend to be very aware of these moments, as are healers.
It turns your otherwise silent awareness onto high beam. Yes, like calling your soul to look, when before, just your eyes were. Healers tend to be aware of this also, but dislike it. It usually means something very important, and maybe scary, is going to happen. Healers know it has potential. It is fraught with that something, but they are more linked to your “family”. You can sense it, but you don’t want to go there.
I felt this in a sculpture garden, and it was a nice day, but things just suddenly felt wrong like something terrible was going to happen. Yes, but nothing terrible happened to you did it?
To explain more about mana eaters or psychic vampires… Some people have for their family the dark passer and other presences like that. Is it fair to say they picked? Can they change it if they don’t like it? We can’t change family.
Before they were made enemies, villains, and monsters, there were some small traditions of those who practice the dark and who were supporters of their tribes, helpful. A Japanese Shinto exorcist didn’t pray for divine favour. They had a celestial being they saw as holy. What they prayed was to become as a demon. A Japanese exorcism was the Shaman being a demon for his people and fighting the bad spirits off. Other traditions have existed like that to wear the aspect of demon.
Is a Tibetan dharma protector a similar idea where they have to be fearsome to frighten the demons? Yes, exactly, but they can’t with no connection to the dark. The dark passer existed in Native American lore, also, and was called a stick walker. It walked through their corn fields, and if you were afraid of it, it was said to have eaten a piece of your heart. If you didn’t get it together, you could come to harm, but most Shamans didn’t confront the stick walker. They would tell their tribes to just keep yourself strong and stay way from it.
We don’t get a cold, a cold gets us. It is similar for that, too. Exactly. This is why demons have always been connected to plagues.
A psychic vampire, if not taught to hate, can act like a leach pulling bad things out of you, but we don’t teach them this do we? The “dark arts” are just evil is what people say, and they aren’t taught differently. Psychic vampires don’t have good ways to use their gifts, if they’re not taught them.
Your thoughts are welcome. Be well friends.
