On games, there are two sides to games and the existence of games. Game play and game design. Both follow the same logic.
And I do have to play others games as well as design my own. This is true. Have to, at least in a sense, as the other game designers are very real agents in the whole reality game.
The baseline of games is a level playing field. Interesting point, perhaps. It’s been long studied and experimented with in both psychology and sociology, that even if you level the playing field and equally distribute all resources, the bulk of the resources will inevitably wind up back in the hands of only a small group of the whole set of people. This hasn’t varied, and it’s been run many times. The reason is simple. Some play the game of games, or perhaps more clearly, the game of people. They are the most talented game designers. We just call them religious and political leaders, and captains of industry, etc., because that is their role to play in the game they design.
They set up the game so they are the banker, and honestly this isn’t automatically evil. Can you think of none whose position of authority didn’t seem primarily focused on the greater good? Regrettably, it’s just more commonly evil than not. Motivated by greed more than a grasp of the metaphysical implication of their design.
Captains of industry seldom go down with their ships. Indeed. They instead re-brand.
Honestly, it is easy to get conceited when you’re always winning. When you are always winning that’s when the bigger players step in, and the stakes get higher. Its been related in a lot of religion and mythology, perhaps most commonly known is the story of the Tower of Babel. You can be a master of the game of people, but have no grasp of the game that made people a reality. This leads to the world’s most hellish consequences. Its greatest disasters. The universe is a game designer also. Its dice are meteors. Its board the galactic plane. The spaces are solar systems, and there are many moments of going back to a previous state.
Sometimes you have to break the mold. I guess that’s what you do when you start a new game. Yes. The old reference points have to be scattered, even if they are going to be re-gathered and re-arranged. That’s the secret to satisfying games, reformation and continuity.
That’s what happens after a life altering event, a new game. Exactly. That’s what happens after death as well. Your matter gets scattered and regathered, and the potentials that allowed for the old life reform in the pattern of another life.
Your thoughts are welcome. Be well friends.
