Why do you feel society has perhaps gotten as crazy as it has, friends?
So many reasons I could cite. I don’t know where to begin.
It’s focus on progress.
Cosmic changes are filtering through to us. Some of us are accepting, others are resisting. This makes for craziness on many levels. Indeed, it does.
Restlessness. Our deepest wisdom stems from the root of our life force. We experience joy only to the degree that we feel alive. How many people do you know who say they feel alive?
Who say they feel alive? Very few. Control and manipulation breeding restlessness. People realize things are wrong and they are being manipulated. Some actively see it. In some it manifests as illness and dependence and greed. Pick your poison. Sorry, I got inspired. Indeed, and it is welcome. It is true. These things are true, but today we focus on rest.
I feel alive when my adrenaline is pumping. Which leads to a forced rest after.
How often do people do something that they are at a loss to explain? Act in ways they say they don’t want to? Why is it that this happens? I consider experience as self evident. Even if possibly misinterpreted, the psychotic background is evidence of something real, just not something empowering.
Can you stay inactive when you are resting? No. You are always doing something, even if it’s just breathing.
Do you get confused when you experience a restful state? I think if I am confused then I am not at rest.
Can you remain confused when at rest? Confused is really the same word as deranged, out of order. I find it easy to feel restless when I am not comfortable. It’s too hot, too cold, too noisy, not noisy enough. And you can become uncomfortable for internal reasons as well.
Yes. Too much brain activity. Actually, too much brain strain. Your brain still works even when you don’t think it does. In fact, it works better. Recent brain research has discovered there is no such thing as a stage in which the brain is shut off or even shut down very much.
