Dreams

Dream logic is your personal logic. All the metaphors that show up in dreams, they are in your dream world because they govern your waking attention habits. For dream space, it does have forms and geography, but they aren’t dictated by what most people would see as the obvious. This is the same reason your brain won’t let you see everything. It has to “keep up with the real”. The real is just your belief pattern.

Dreams form memories in the brain as easily and tangibly as physical experience does. You can’t convince yourself your dreams are meaningless and have meaning in your waking experience.

“Our life is composed greatly from dreams, from the unconscious, and they must be brought into connection with action. They must be woven together.” Anais Nin (French born American Author of novels and short stories, 1903-1977)

“When I consider this carefully, I find not a single property which with certainty separates the waking state from the dream. How can you be certain that your whole life is not a dream?” Rene Descartes (French Mathematician, Philosopher and Scientist, 1596-1650)
