Clear Goal

What does it mean when you hit a wall of the “I’m not sure what I want”? What do you do to get clear on a goal to manifest something? You look at what you are noticing. Then notice what you are feeling. Note any disagreement between what you are giving your attention, and what your feelings are. Then align them if there is a disagreement.

Agreement must always be between your focus and your feeling. Focus serves feeling. If you try to make feeling serve focus then you get this “I don’t know”, because focus doesn’t have feeling.

We notice what we think we should, but then feel bad. So notice that disagreement and then notice something else? Yes. If you notice the disagreement between your focus and your feeling, you won’t feel like focusing on whatever you’re focusing on anyway. Now that doesn’t mean you will just jump to flow necessarily. You might have a snarl, and that’s because you have been trying to ignore a disturbance that you desire to deal with. Ignorance isn’t bliss, it’s torment.

So I should get in touch with how I really feel versus what I think I should be doing? What you may actually feel is not just a desire to attend to something else. You may feel a desire to bring some process to a screeching halt. You should halt activity when you feel that. All power to do is lost if you throw out the power to halt. When you feel that desire to halt, it’s your inner being saying your perception is out of order. You “missed something”, but take the time and confront your feelings. The answer is always there.

In time a knowing will occur when it’s ready? Yes, exactly.

I have desired to do this topic, and now I move to the desire to retire from the topic for tonight. But I do like questions. They help me plumb the depths of my head. I still get lost, but I can get aligned top to bottom. That helps me move around better.

Your thoughts are welcome. Be well friends.
