Fake an Event

When you think in the normal way, you aren’t actually computing. You are being computed. The subconscious mind is generating the same old software loops, but you can consciously direct your conscious mind. You can “fake” an event. Your subconscious mind will only disbelieve messages from the conscious mind if they directly contradict instinct. It doesn’t matter how much you imagine you can breathe water, your subconscious mind will reject this notion automatically.

Nature vs. personality (based on experience and beliefs). Nature is strict and those rules can’t be broken. Natures rules cannot be broken, this is true, but they can be bent.

What would be an example of faking an event? Well, a simple way of faking an event is the basis behind empathy. You can imagine the event as it happened from the point of view of someone else who was involved, and your subconscious mind will freely mirror that understanding as if you were that person with only minor distortion. Our minds are hard wired for this sort of connection. This is why guilt is such a powerful force. When you hurt someone else, your subconscious mind intuitively knows the hurt you did, and then it tries to fit that hurt into its own needs being met, which it often fails to do, and you get a feeling of “wrongness” about what you did.

Sociopaths take this process one step further. The empathy process can be generalized to the point that they feel it would be morally wrong not to commit their acts of cruelty. Their process of reason actually allows them to see murder as kindness. See how that might happen?

I read about that skewed perception. It is indeed a skewed perception, but it’s built on the same instincts that the healthy processes are.

Could a person be psychopathic at one time in his life but not so at a later time? Yes. When it becomes deconditioned from an old sense of disease or unease then it stops maintaining the triggers that lead to the psychopathic behaviour.

Dr. Ruth said when the mind sees sex as hate there is no cure. Ted Bundy saw killing women as love and declared on the stand he could not be cured. It couldn’t be cured in the sense that cures are thought of today, even the word cure creates the impossibility of the cure. What makes one psychopathic or not is not in the conscious mind. It’s a pathology of the subconscious, and the subconscious does learn its own way from experience, in its own way.

Your thoughts are welcome. Be well friends.
