The things that happen to us are reflections of our soul? They are, but I must emphasize no single part is. Don’t get lost in thinking something like, “I’m sick. I must be spiritually weak or bad.” This is not true.
What is true is that a spiritual relationship between you and something else is off center, out of balance, and part of that may just be your resistance to embracing the necessary sustaining cycles of reality itself. I have seen it all too often. I for my own convenience personify processes of the spirit. I think of death as an entity, a being. Death is a great keeper, the final keeper. Death clears away everything that has entered a stagnant state.
Don’t fear the Reaper? Do not fear the Reaper. Neither rush to embrace it or you will see the Reapers dark side. The Reaper touches your life in little ways that you usually never consider. Get better from a cold? A virus died. Have a problem that seemed to work itself out? The spirit of that problem was removed. Death does all of these things in its own way. But when it takes a life, then you call it evil. You spit in its face when in all likelihood that is its greatest mercy.
There are realities where the balance of death has gone wrong. These collectively are called the hells, among other names. There is no single punishment there, no author of all horror. There is a simple problem. In hell nothing ends. In hell there can be no rest, no peace, and the inhabitants there beg for death.
The heavens, on the other hand, are infinite expanses of life. Life without limit, and all that you would be you can be, without exclusion. How does this differ from hell? Because in the heavens you can choose. You can choose to move from one state of being to another. You can rest from any experience and author entirely new ones. How could you do this without death’s grace?
The powers that be are our keepers, but they are not our buddies. They are our elders, but they are not human. They are with us.
Is it hell when you beg for death and are denied? Yes. The spirit we manoeuvre was not authored by us. This is why we think we cannot foresee the future, because we are not looking. It’s that simple. In part, we can’t. So you need not feel guilty. Our brains do have limitations.
So is it bad to want to die? All of the elders do have two sides. Death is the keeper of the transition, and death keeping its way brings peace. It is the author of the flow in life, though not its source. But if you rush into deaths arms, you will find yourself put right into the not you created. You denied life, and the consequence of denying life is forced life.
How about when people say it was or wasn’t your time to die? Are they right? They are usually not right, and your forced life goes on for as long as it takes for you to value what you were given. You were not given a body. Those are of this world. You were not given a mind. Those are of this world. You were given the chance to revel in your spirit, and you chose to deny that great act. You were given the chance to create and grow, create all things, and grow in all ways, and you put your supposed wisdom before the order.
In time, it is time to go to ground, but not by your deliberation. You stand among Gods friends. That is where you are. Are you going to stomp toes?
Your thoughts are welcome. Be well friends.
