Reward anticipate anxious, or suffering impending anxious? They are both the same, and ultimately negative.

Notice how anxious and stressed everyone is? About everything it seems. They will make it up if nothing is immediately brought to mind. I was working on my purposing habit earlier. The mind to be properly engaged needs problems, but purposing is neural inhibition from being over focused on a goal. Research show that being over focused on any activity actually inhibits performance, even in very natural things like eating or sex. Male impotence is most often caused by performance anxiety. It causes the heart to race and nervous defence behaviour to kick in. None of which have anything to do with the act.

This is what people are doing when they worry chronically. There have been studies of the problem solving abilities of worriers versus non worriers. They were selected to have comparable IQs all roughly on the same level. The worriers were notably less capable.

Truth is a fun exercise, and you know the degree to which you are seeing truth. Life is self fulfilling as they say. Truth sets you free. To the degree that you feel you cannot live, you have deviated from truth.

“Worry is a thin stream of fear trickling through the mind. If encouraged, it cuts a channel into which all other thoughts are drained.” Arthur Somers Roche

    Anxious Faith

You never solve a problem with the awareness that it is a problem. As a matter of fact, it’s often that awareness that helps create that problem in the first place. It’s a pretty common state of mind and therefore people don’t take it seriously as a problem. This is why people with clinical anxiety…

    Heresy of Acting

Alan watts said society tells us what we ‘must’ be, and we ‘must’ be it voluntarily. That compulsory volunteer. They define tyranny as anything not forbidden being mandatory. Our freedom is just tyranny with the weight of moralism behind it. Japan has a very low crime rate, but a very high instance of self destructive…

    Jump into the Abyss

Suppression for the common good. Abstinence makes the heart grow colder. Makes it grow downright dead. I often speak of how I feel alone, and people usually just dismiss it as more drama, as my anxiety. No, it’s just my experience. I can see this pattern of communication and reaction.  The initial action even comes…

    Language of Fear

Life is communication. I don’t speak the language, so I have had to pantomime. People aren’t very observant, or they choose not to see or hear. Poor choice. I’m often pointing out a self destruct. If there isn’t any danger then I let them move about as they have not chosen to do. I let…

    Don’t Worry, Imagine

Anxiety is a very real force, and it destroys things in our lives. You cannot solve a problem in the same state of mind that you become aware of it in. It’s that state of mind that gave rise to it. Has anyone had anxiousness ever help them deal with anything? Did it help, or…

  • Questions from Questing

    Questions from Questing

Questions come from quest, from seeking, not identifying what we disengage from and don’t believe in. We question based on what we believe might be true. Perhaps we know nothing at all, and all our knowing is just self expression. Does that invalidate it? I would put forth that there is no reality in an…

    See Yourself

There is no them, and since there is no them why not get a better image of us? Why even think over long on the idea of there being no them? There are two kinds of people in the world. Those who think there are two kinds of people, and those who don’t. There is a…
