Polarity. All relationship patterns are seen as a series of trigrams, and these trigrams are present on a feng shui compass; yin, yang, and transitive. Every material thing is seen as containing three elements in this regard. Three different states or phases.
Boy, girl and trans? Yes, ultimately. They have even found evidence of a third potential gender in genetics. It’s just not one that normally manifests. It shows up to a limited degree whenever you have a hermaphrodite but it’s unsteady. The body doesn’t naturally want to be that or stay there. Recently, they drew a connection between the gene that governs my own mutation and the social roles assumed in a hive of bees that manifest in bees where it doesn’t in humans. Royal jelly carries the governing elements that control that switch. Interesting?
Yes, so you are part bee? A wanna be manifestation of something that doesn’t happen properly in humans. Perhaps something related to the latent hive mind. They have disproved the mirror neuron deficiency theory, but not the point… They try to anticipate which element is transitive in a person in order to restore stability in health.
Talking of trigrams… Yes. Your own DNA looks a lot like the bars of a trigram, even to the point of the binding and unbinding process. The stable elements are not the source of disease nor are they seen as the source of disturbance in feng shui. They try to identify the transitive element, and add supportive influences to patch it up.
You can’t make the mountain move. This is stable yang. You can’t meaningfully change the course of the river. This is stable yin. But you can alter the other elements connected to those.
It’s always the highly reactive radicals or ions that make things happen and cause all the trouble. Yes, and the wide range of oxygen reactive elements the body has learned to produce, the anti-oxidants, that preserve stability and health. Melatonin is an anti-oxidant and very sensitive. Its depletion can cause serious health issues and might be a big part of the reason sleep is so important for us. No sleep, no melatonin.
So feng shui is medicine for the earth, and perhaps, like the practice of medicine, is prone to corruption when the authority of the practitioner comes to be seen as absolute. Medicine is not a science as much as many try to say otherwise. It may be a well informed art, but arguably so is feng shui. This seem wrong to say?
I think it’s all on a sliding scale.
Your thoughts are welcome. Be well friends.
