I don’t scare me. Fear is in the eye of the beholder. In fact always is. We have only two instinctive fears, falling and loud noises. Everything else we make up. What are our options? Both confinement and freedom. It is why people fail to find freedom, they think they won’t have any limitations.

When all turns to ashes you realize ashes feed growth. It’s a burning world, but we each burn at different rates. The spirit is as a phoenix, and for all the burning it is not and cannot be destroyed.

An apple seen by a person where no apples grow is a strange and perhaps amazing thing. An apple seen by an apple orchardist is meaningful, but by no means overwhelming. A metaphor comes to mind. The trees of the garden of Eden, but imagine them very far from each other and no longer in…

    Spiritually White, Black Or Grey

I have heard of a method of classifying people spiritually into categories of white, black, or grey. In that theory, we are each more attuned to one or the other. White more toward the light. Black toward the dark and grey in the middle. This inspires a track I think would be very helpful. Feel…

I got my start as a teacher and was very doubtful of the worth of my contribution, but I was asked so I did. Reflecting, it’s still a mystery why. A lot of people need to understand the spiritual part of their lives. Many people have no spiritual life. Teachers are needed. I had begun…

Addictions are a type of spiritual darkness. People repeatedly return to them, even though they are harming themselves. People in general have more addictions than they think they do. An addiction is any compulsion, but we usually call just compulsive indulgence an addiction. This is not at all honest. You can find out by just…

It’s Always Darkest Before The Dawn

Let’s face it, what is there to living your life, but living YOUR life? Anything you deny yourself is just something you denied yourself. We will not only fail to escape our inner natures, but we are unable to avoid the responses that arise from the essential self or spirit of other people. Nobody created…
