Thought, Energy, Awareness

There are a great many theories regarding what reality might be. I will be sharing my own this evening and touching upon various elements of science and metaphysics on the way. How far back should we go?

I will start with a question. What is the difference between thought and energy? Is there one?

I would say thought is energy.

Thought is a form of energy in motion.

Even according to orthodox scientific thinking thought is energy. What energy is not thought?

Thought is a cerebral process. Energy can be a feeling, a way of experiencing.

Emotions?

Humans would say anything not decipherable to our mind.

Ok, perhaps a clarification is necessary. What energy is not awareness? What part of our body has nothing to do with our awareness?

Well, even the auto processes have their own. Yes. What is the difference between a kidney separated from its host and a clod of earth?

Texture. There is a definite perceptual difference, but what about essential difference? Ever see a deer being gutted? Is there any way to describe the scattered guts in a way that proves they had life and the clod of earth did not?

But the innards are wetter and slimier than a clump of dirt. Mud can be very wet and slimy.

Organization. Ah, I have seen some very complex clods of earth, rocks, mineral concretions. They have even now discovered that the soil of Mars has mineral properties very much like Hawaii.

The organs are organized with skin and valves and stuff. Mud has no organization. Mud has an identifiable pattern of air pockets, dispersion of organic inclusions, even crystalline mineral deposits. They do in no way dissolve into each other and they group in ways that conform to each elements respective nature. But organization is a perfect place to start…

Your thoughts are welcome. Be well friends.
