My prize is in seeing.
There are three possible levels of approach if you want to begin using gold magick. They follow the same pattern as any other form of magick.
On the low magick or natural magick level, you have attuning with the daily life of the city. If you intuitively tune in to the various elements of work and progress and money around you, you can begin arranging your actions and decisions in such a way as to imitate the desired state you would seek to create. An idea so simple it’s complex is readily obvious. If you want money in your bank account, you have to keep money in your bank account, but it gets stranger than that.
So let’s use examples. What gold state would you want to make in your life?
Make money. Use your money to imitate the money making process. Money is generated through exchange so you have to spend money to make money. The only difference between you and the wealthy is scale. You have to start smaller, make a ritual of purchasing the Wall Street Journal, or some industry magazine like Wired or something. This begins to build up sympathy between you and the potential you are seeking to actualize.
I watch ‘Your Business’ on MSNBC. See? You are already practicing natural magick there. It’s strangely sort of instinctive isn’t it? Yes.
Could you explain it rationally if someone asked you why you do? Yes, to learn things, research. Ok, perhaps I should say persuasively? In a way that would make sense to them? Do they think it strange or are you already in that sort of position that people would see it as making sense? If you see a stuffed suit reading a trade magazine like the Wall Street Journal no one bats an eye, but if you saw me reading it would look very strange, but you can include other small things. Create the wealthy life you would be living in miniature in your life right now. Would you wear suits if you were a millionaire? That’s the basis of natural or low magick.
Fake it till you make it? That sums it up in general. Imitate till the resonance is so strong between you and it that it’s literally true.
Do you own a brief case or a safe? A safe, yes. Perhaps a briefcase would be something to add. Do you have investment software?
Today, a briefcase would be a tablet. Smartphone, also. The wealthy aren’t typically seen carrying a bunch of toys around. They are seen with specific stuff. Even their cars these days are often more practical than flashy. High end utility vehicles, very fuel efficient passenger vehicles like a Prius or something, things like that. A lot of electronic bells and whistles. They are even planning a smartcar. I mean an iPhone inspired car that integrates iPhone technology and whatnot into it.
So any questions about the low magick aspect of gold magick?
Your thoughts are welcome. Be well friends.
