So feel in your gut a sense of having. Perhaps if you need an object of the ‘having’ use your computer as the thing you own. When you feel you have something. What is your first knowing? The idea of having triggers tension. What we seek can take any form and the form shifts. When we get attached to form we loose what we think we have, but we never loose anything.
